Kim really helped make planning our family Disneyland trip so much easier! We had been to Disneyland before, but never stayed on property. She walked us through the options and pricing / packages available to help us choose which hotel made the most sense for us. She sent us reminders when it was time to book dining, and helped us navigate all the changes to Covid protocols / park reservations / genie + / park hopping, etc… she also was able to answer questions about setting up our DAS pass and when was the best time to set it up.
